

Located in the city of Xàtiva, in the province of Valencia. The farm is situated within the Kaki Ribera del Xúquer designation area, the largest in Spain, where approximately 85% of the country’s total production of this fruit takes place.
The farm is fully prepared for persimmon cultivation, with trees approximately five years old since planting, meaning they are in full production.
Cabe destacar que estos árboles tienen una vida útil superior a los 25 años, lo que garantiza una larga productividad de la finca.




The farm is equipped with a drip irrigation system with fertilization and computer-controlled automated irrigation management, from which most agricultural treatments are carried out.
In addition, it has its own well, ensuring a reliable water supply even during the driest months.
Throughout the entire cultivation process, the parameters are monitored by a professional team consisting of an agricultural engineer and two assistants, who ensure compliance with all the requirements necessary for the optimal development of the fruit.
The products used for the treatment of insects or infections are fully authorized and compliant with current regulations.
